What You’ll Do
• Own the Brand. Lead 360° marketing initiatives for brands under Erajaya Digital businesses —end to end. From ideation to execution across all channels, you’re the custodian of the brand experience.
• Drive Impact. Design and execute integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness, in-store traffic, and revenue.
• Negotiate Like a Pro. Manage brand partnerships, campaign collaborations, and vendor deals with flair and precision.
• Blend Art & Science. Create both offline and online activations that are as stylish as they are effective
• Report and Optimize. Monitor performance, analyze ROI, and keep iterating. We expect smart decisions backed by data and driven by curiosity.
• You’ll also oversee campaigns for Samsung by Erafone, Private brand and Mi Store—retail powerhouses in their own right.
Who You Are
• Have +4 years of experience in marketing communications, in retail or lifestyle brands. or FMCG
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior in a retail environment and how to move them from awareness to purchase.
• Strong visual taste and an eye for design—you’re picky about how a brand looks and feels.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. You write sharp copy, present with clarity, and negotiate with confidence.
• A natural negotiator and collaborator—capable of aligning internal stakeholders and external partners toward bold, shared goals.
• Detail-obsessed but strategically minded—you see both the forest and the trees.
• Comfortable working full time from our HQ in Bandengan Selatan, West Jakarta.
