Role Summary As an Account Manager – Mandarin Speaker, you will manage key enterprise clients (mainly banking/financial), coordinate IT projects with internal teams, and communicate with Mandarin-speaking principals/vendors. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered according to client expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and Indonesian; English is an advantage

Minimum 3 years experience as Account Manager / Sales in an IT or System Integrator company

Proven experience handling IT projects (software, system integration, or financial/banking clients)

Strong client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Comfortable working with internal teams (PM, engineers, consultants) and meeting revenue/target goals
