Community Operations - Indonesia Market

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and strategic Community Operations Manager to spearhead our offline community growth in Indonesia. You will be responsible for scaling our player grassroots organizations, empowering local organizers, and bridging the gap between offline player connections and online community storytelling.

Key Responsibilities Organizer Empowerment:

To lower the barrier for player-led events by providing standardized training and leveraging BD skills to secure local resources (e.g., venues and vendors), ensuring offline gatherings are both high-quality and easily reproducible. Training & Education:

Provide continuous training and resources to local organizers to improve the quality and consistency of offline gatherings. Online Community Engagement:

Actively maintain and grow the online community (primarily on Discord), ensuring high engagement levels and a healthy community ecosystem. Content & Storytelling:

Identify and capture compelling player stories and highlights from offline events. Transform these into high-quality content with cross function teams for online distribution.

Requirements Language Proficiency:

Native-level fluency in

Bahasa Indonesia . Proficiency in either

English or Mandarin

is required as a primary working language. Gaming Passion:

A genuine love for video games. Deep understanding or experience with

SLG

or 4X strategy games is a significant plus. Operational Mindset:

Proven experience in community management, event planning, or user operations. Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse player groups and organizers.
