Are you a highly driven, results-oriented sales professional with an established network in the luxury travel sector? Join the dynamic team at The Konkret Lombok and lead our sales efforts across Indonesia and key international markets. About The Role We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Manager to be based remotely in Jakarta. This pivotal role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for our luxury property, The Konkret Lombok. The successful candidate will manage all sales activities for the Indonesia and overseas markets, focusing on high-value business development and strategic partnerships.

Key Requirements & Qualifications Extensive Luxury Network: A proven, extensive, and active network within Luxury Offline Travel Agencies (high-end leisure agencies) and Destination Management Companies (DMCs), particularly in Indonesia and key international source markets. Luxury Hotel Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales professional within a 4-5 star hotel environment, with a strong preference for candidates with a Luxury Hotel background (preferably resort sales experience). Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding and experience managing both the Indonesian and Overseas travel markets. Work Arrangement: Ability to work effectively and independently from a remote/home office setup in Jakarta.

Common Professional Requirements Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Self-Motivation: A highly motivated, target-driven individual with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work independently. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for sales calls, roadshows, and industry events as required.
