Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of RASA restaurant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food and outstanding service
Create, develop, and implement innovative menus that highlight unique flavors and culinary techniques
Maintain quality control and consistency in food preparation and presentation
Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a cohesive and motivated team
Ensure kitchen operations adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in food storage and handling
Monitor food costs, labor costs, and inventory, while working to remain within budgetary constraints
Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to optimize service and enhance guest satisfaction
Engage with guests to gather feedback and make improvements to the dining experience
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Having experience in handling an all-day dining concept
Exceptional expertise in menu development and a strong understanding of various culinary trends
Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse kitchen team
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing food costs and controlling budgets
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, HACCP certification preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining elevated culinary standards
A degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is highly preferred
