To manage HR functions including talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, and expatriate administration, ensuring compliance with labor and immigration regulations and alignment with corporate policies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
HR Operatins: Implement HR Policies; manage employee relations and records.
Expatriate & Immigration: Manage work permits, visa, KITAS/KITAP, RPTKA/IMTA: liaise with authorities and consultants.
Provide HR Report and Support regional HR initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
7+ years HR experience with managerial exposure.
Knowledge of Indonesian labor and immigration regulations.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
