Relationship Manager – Help Gotrade’s Prestige Clients Invest with Confidence

Our Relationship Managers play a critical role in ensuring these clients feel valued, informed, and confident in their investing journey.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a
Relationship Manager (RM)
who thrives on building strong client relationships and driving meaningful engagement with investors.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Gotrade’s
Prestige clients
— maintaining regular communication, sharing market insights, and helping clients stay active and confident in their trading journey.
This is a highly client-facing role that combines
relationship management, financial knowledge, and commercial awareness .
Location:
Full-time, on-site in Jakarta
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Gotrade’s Prestige clients.
Proactively contact clients to provide updates, insights, and platform guidance.
Drive trading activity and client engagement through regular communication.
Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction.
Understand client needs and help them navigate Gotrade’s products and features.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to relay client feedback.
Support campaigns, product launches, and initiatives targeted at high-value users.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communicator who can build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Comfortable discussing financial markets, investment strategies, and trading behavior.
Commercially driven with a track record of achieving sales or engagement targets.
Professional, disciplined, and proactive in managing client relationships.
Confident communicator with
impeccable English communication skills .
Curious about financial markets and passionate about helping clients succeed.
Comfortable using digital tools and modern productivity platforms.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client advisory roles.
Experience in
banking, wealth management, insurance, brokerage, or financial services
preferred.
Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales or client engagement targets.
Familiarity with
investment products such as equities, funds, or structured products .
Candidates from
equity brokerage firms, banks, or investment platforms
are strongly preferred.
Insurance agents with investment product experience are also welcome to apply.
Experience using
AI tools or AI-assisted workflows
is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields preferred.
