RTOC Engineer

Previous experience as a Directional Driller for at least 2 years (previous experience as a Data Engineer/Pressure Engineer in Mudlogging for at least 3 years will be an added advantage) Have no issue in working in tough location and under tight dateline

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Monitor and analyze real-time drilling data and parameters by collecting and applying all drilling data, including, but not limited to, SPP, Torque, RPM, Block Height, and bottom‑hole data.

Early detection and resolution of any unforeseen issues or incidents during drilling operations.

Provide technical solutions and advice to improve operational performance and drilling success.

Communicate and report to support decision‑making and submit daily operational reports.

Collaborate with the drilling team in real time 24/7.
