Retail Operation Manager

Develop and implement retail strategies

to improve customer experience,

drive store sales , and increase overall profitability, including store policies and marketing programs.

Oversee daily retail operations

by implementing operational standards, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with department managers to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ensure

strong execution of all retail operations aspects , including proper inventory control, accurate stocking, and effective store processes.

Forecast staffing needs

and develop recruitment strategies to ensure adequate and efficient manpower across all store areas.

Manage controllable costs and operational expenses

to maintain and improve profitability.

Ensure product displays and merchandising standards

are executed effectively to maximize sales performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Retail Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Strong

understanding of operational management strategies , including profitability, store policies, and sales performance.

Solid knowledge of

inventory management and stock control processes .

Proven experience in retail management and store operations.

Strong data analysis skills

to support operational and sales decisions.

Good financial understanding

with the ability to analyze store performance and operational costs.
