Responsibilities Conducting application testing activities, including implementing testing activities in accordance with client’s SDLC governance, including fulfilling documentation according to client’s directives and regulations.

Work performed includes, but are not limited to:

Assisting with UAT environment preparation.

Assist in the preparation of the deployment process once the testing phase is complete.

Assist in the implementation of performance tests and/or stress tests.

Work is performed in the development environment and/or QA/staging/cloud/production environments.

The scope of testing activities includes:

Directorate of IT Work Programs

Business as Usual (BaU) Activities

Application Improvements

Follow-up on Audit Findings

Ad-hoc projects, such as simulations, proof checks, switchovers, and platform tests

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics/Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.75.

At least 12 months of programming/business analysis/IT analysis experience.

Understanding of banking business processes and the SAP ERP platform.

General knowledge of banking.

Experience in testing and familiarity with automation tools required for application testing.

Proficiency in programming languages: PHP, .Net (ASP/C++/C#).

Experience using SQL RDBMS: MySQL/MS SQL/Oracle, and mastery of databases and querying database data used by the application.

Understanding of QA Best Practice concepts and the ability to present and provide logical and rational explanations for results. Strong communication skills, open-mindedness, and a service-oriented attitude.

Familiarity with several technologies, including Linux Server, Windows Server, VMWare, WebMethods products (Integration Server, Terracotta, WebMethods Microservices Runtime), and Virtual Cloud (IaaS or PaaS).

Familiarity with Atlassian products and CI/CD tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Katalon).

Able to work with Agile Frameworks or Scrum DevOps.

Able to work with tight deadlines.

Willing to work outside of office hours.
