Regional Retail Manager

Business Development Manager (Electronic Retail Specialist - Medan Region) Manage the regional database of distributors and retail stores, including capacity, assets, LDU, and other investments. Ensure product displays and Xiaomi brand image are expanded and maintained in line with retail standards, and monitor assets and LDU through regular audits.

Lead FF manpower planning and performance management to support retail execution; prepare NPL, and closely collaborate with HQ Retail and Training teams to align on product strategy.

Take ownership of sell‑out (SO) sales performance across controllable retail battlegrounds within the region.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with hands‑on regional store management exposure (i.e., directly managing stores in the field/region, not solely HQ retail line management).

Experience in consumer electronics is required; smartphone industry experience is a strong plus.

Able to communicate in English as a working language.
