E-Commerce Affiliate Assistant Manager. Work Location:

Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital partnerships, or influencer management Proven track record in managing affiliate networks, onboarding partners, and optimizing campaign performance Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, UTM tracking, etc.) Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem, including influencers, content creators, and social commerce trends Data-driven with the ability to interpret metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROI) and turn them into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a results-oriented and strategic mindset Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or FMCG industries is a plus Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Job Responsibilities: Affiliate Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute scalable affiliate marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and online revenue Partner Management:

Build strong relationships with affiliates, creators, and publishers to drive engagement and performance Performance Monitoring:

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI to optimize campaign results Recruitment & Onboarding:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the partner network Compliance & Brand Alignment:

Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines, marketing policies, and ethical standards Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with the digital marketing, content, and design teams to develop promotional materials and support key launches Incentive Programs:

Design and implement commission structures, incentive campaigns, and bonus programs to drive affiliate motivation and performance Process Optimization:

Identify areas for automation or workflow improvements in affiliate tracking, reporting, and communication Campaign Coordination:

Align affiliate promotions with broader marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches Competitor Benchmarking:

Stay updated with industry trends and benchmark against competitors to ensure program competitiveness
