Email & Chat Customer Experience Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely, professional manner.
Assisting customers with order updates, tracking, returns, exchanges, and product questions.
Providing product recommendations and promoting relevant offers when appropriate.
Documenting customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Maintaining each brand’s voice and tone in written communication.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Contributing ideas to improve response templates and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of remote experience in email/chat support, customer service, or e‑commerce assistance.
Excellent written English with strong grammar and clarity.
Experience using tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple conversations at once.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
System Requirements
Personal computer or laptop (minimum i5 processor or equivalent).
Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and upload speed).
Quiet home workspace suitable for focused, uninterrupted work.
