Job Role:
We are looking for a KOL Manager to lead our KOL & Creator Division within our creative agency. This role will be responsible for overseeing strategy, execution, and team performance to deliver effective and measurable brand campaigns.
Lead and manage the KOL & Creator division, including influencers, community creators, and UGC contributors
Define and execute KOL strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives
Oversee end-to-end KOL and UGC campaigns, from planning and briefing to execution and evaluation
Manage and develop the KOL team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and capability development
Identify, source, and maintain relationships with creators, communities, and content networks
Manage budgets, negotiations, and overall resource allocation for KOL activities
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and deliver insights and recommendations
Stay updated on creator economy trends, platforms, and audience behaviour
Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, account, and social media) to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or a related field
Proven experience handling KOL campaigns end-to-end; prior team leadership experience is a strong plus
Experience in a creative or digital agency is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
