Main Responsibilities

Working with factory team to drive Financial KPI target achievement ( ie. CPT/Cost per Ton) & financial control compliance

Leading financial process for Tea & Savory factory related but not limited to:

Monthly rolling COGP forecast

Savings tracking and governance

Month end closing, including cost variance analysis

Annual business planning

Consol Nutrition's Reporting

Leading factory related business cases – working with multifunctional team

Leading performance management and process improvement related to production cost central charges

Experience & Qualification

More than 2 years of working experience

Bachelor's in accounting / finance

Skill

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

High degree of diplomacy and sensitivity in dealing with different kind of stakeholders

Strong Communication skills

Good analytical skills and high accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
