Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget-to-actual performance.

Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements; assist with audits and external reporting.

Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.

Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA a plus).

3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
