Jr. Product Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior Product Manager. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in product management. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with our product manager to assist in the development and execution of our product roadmap and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end engineers, and the data science team, to define product requirements and specifications.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.

Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap.

Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.

Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive product improvements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools is a plus (such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, etc).

Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Experience working with regional teams or exposure to the Singapore (SGP) market is a strong advantage.
