Finance Accounting Manager (Logistics)

Oversee all finance and accounting activities for the company and its subsidiaries to ensure long-term financial stability and sustainability. Review general ledgers, financial statements, and reports to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with local and international standards. Lead the financial aspects of business acquisitions, including

due diligence, valuation modeling, and capital structuring

to support company growth. Manage the financial integration of newly acquired entities, aligning their accounting policies and systems with the parent company. Formulate financial strategies, manage group budgets, and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership regarding investment opportunities. Identify financial risks, maintain rigorous internal controls, and ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and tax obligations. Implement and manage financial systems (e.g., Accurate) to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy across all business units. Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team, establishing clear performance objectives and a culture of accountability. Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or CFA are a significant plus). At least

5–8 years of experience

in a similar leadership role, specifically within the

logistics or supply chain sectors . Proven track record in

M&A activities , including financial due diligence, business valuation, and successfully integrating acquired companies. In-depth knowledge of internal control principles and proficiency in financial systems such as

Accurate . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a high level of business integrity. Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with expatriate executive leadership. Fluent in both

English and Bahasa Indonesia

(required for reporting to Expatriate management). Willing to be placed in

West Jakarta .
