Job Description
Responsibilities
Understand UI/UX testing principles and evaluate design and usability from a user's perspective.
Provide feedback on design accuracy, ensuring that the implemented design aligns precisely with provided mockups and design system, including pixel-perfect alignment of layouts, spacing, paddings & margins, fonts, and colors.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues, ensuring thorough evaluation of the software's functionality, interface, and experience.
Report and manage bug reports effectively by documenting bugs clearly and concisely, including detailed steps to reproduce and relevant screenshots or recordings.
Create and maintain comprehensive and well-structured manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Ensure that all test documentation is detailed and up-to-date.
Demonstrate expertise in testing across various browsers, devices, and operating systems (desktop and mobile), ensuring consistent functionality and user experience across different environments.
Close collaboration with the Technology and Creative team.
Qualifications
Preferably with Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance in mobile and web applications (internship experience is also welcomed).
Familiarity with Figma for design and prototype review.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work from the office (BSD, Tangerang Selatan).
