What You’ll Be Doing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Develop and manage targeted advertising strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and business growth. Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve ad performance and maximize ROI. Manage paid media budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are both cost-efficient and effective. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages that align with campaign goals. Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Who We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or in a similar paid advertising role. Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data and insights clearly.
