Job Description The incumbent is responsible to act as a financial strategic advisor and business partner; influence decision‑making; improve the understanding of business performance; develop strategies; deliver analysis and insights on P&L; provide options and scenarios for business decisions.

Support local, regional, and global projects as assigned and develop financial plans and models based on an in-depth understanding of business needs to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Develop insights and business recommendations based on regular insights to manage expenses, budget, and financial accountability.

Deliver analysis and provide insights for performance monitoring drivers, forecast future trends, co‑create solutions and participate in actions to improve business results.

Coordinate with stakeholders to review the proposal of projects/business activities and financial aspects related.

Coordinate with stakeholders to review the achievement of sales performance through indicators such as APE, GWP, Persistency, and related budget.

Adhere to policies and procedures related to risk management, compliance, legal, and other departments as per company’s direction.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics

2–3 years of working experience in the insurance industry

Strong knowledge of concepts such as general accounting, actuarial, investment, and risk management in an insurance industry

Capability in data analysis

Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint
