Job Description

Key Resposibilities: Manage and process Import & Local (consignment & outright) Merchandise invoices, including shipping expense for Merchandise, in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain monthly SOA Merchandise reconciliation for Import and Local Principle Maintain Intercompany transaction. Provide weekly visibility on invoice aging Principle for all Company. Oversee tax calculation related vendor billing Merchandise. Compile and submit monthly data for Balance Sheet Merchandise reporting. Handle other request regarding merchandise transaction (such as closing, audit, tax audit, bank request, etc). Handle high of volume invoices. Handle multiple task at one time. Work well under pressure. Build cooperation inside and outside team.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Merchandise in Accounting Payable for retail company, preferable from Public Accounting Firm. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NAV and/or Business Central 365 is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Able to communicate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
