Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology company specializing in enterprise software and SaaS solutions. As part of its continued business expansion, our client is seeking a highly driven Enterprise Account Manager to develop strategic client relationships, drive new business acquisition, and expand enterprise accounts within the Indonesian market. This position will be based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory and account sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets within enterprise accounts.

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding revenue streams from existing enterprise clients.

Build, maintain, and accurately report a strong and healthy sales pipeline to support forecasting and strategic planning.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, deal, and transactional records within the CRM system.

Establish long‑term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers.

Work closely with internal teams, including solution consultants, customer success, and partners, to ensure successful solution delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Drive account growth by identifying upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term partnership opportunities within client organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS solutions sales.

Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities, with the capability to articulate complex technology solutions to enterprise clients.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong passion for networking, relationship building, and negotiation.

Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior decision‑makers within large organizations.

Demonstrated success in managing and closing large, complex enterprise sales opportunities.

Experience handling both transactional and strategic enterprise sales cycles.

Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to operate independently in a dynamic sales environment.
