Requirements Minimum 5+ years' experience within all areas of culinary field Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Management is required Proven track record as an administrator, trainer and developer, and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills with all departments Strong leadership ability with specific strengths in quality production, innovative style, and high quality food whilst maintaining food costs. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time.
