Our clinic is a healthcare provider focused on preventive health services, including medical check-ups, vaccinations, genetic testing, doctor consultations, and related services.
We are currently looking for an experienced
"Sales Klinik"
who is capable of driving significant sales growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the HEALTHCARE Industry, possess a solid understanding of clinical services and medical products, and be able to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, both individual and corporate.
Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Achieve and exceed the clinic’s monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
Develop sales strategies, conduct presentations, and propose customized clinic service packages based on client needs.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and strategic recommendations for management.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, marketing, or business.
At least 2–3 years of experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare industry (clinic, hospital, health insurance, pharmaceutical, wellness, or related sectors).
Proven experience as a Telemarketer.
Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and via chat/phone.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven with a proven sales achievement track record.
Knowledge of preventive healthcare is a strong advantage.
Energetic, persuasive, professional, and possessing a high level of work ethics.
Results-oriented: Able to significantly increase new patient numbers and corporate clients.
Responsive: Quick and accurate in addressing customer inquiries and needs.
Strategic mindset: Not only selling services, but providing relevant and value-added healthcare solutions.
Credible: Strong background and good reputation in sales and/or healthcare.
Additional Advantages (Plus Points)
Existing network or experience in selling preventive healthcare, wellness services, or corporate health programs.
Previous experience as a Medical Representative, or working in clinics, insurance companies, or medical laboratories.
Experienced in handling both corporate and individual clients.
