Industrial Relations Supervisor

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Relations. Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, conflict resolution & mediation. Strong understanding of employee disputes and termination processes. Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, If, Count, etc.) and HRIS, with experience in regulatory compliance and documentation. Possess a valid driving license (SIM A and/or SIM C) for official duty purposes. Willing to work onsite Mon - Fri in

Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara . Responsibilities

Handle industrial relations cases including employment disputes, disciplinary issues, and employment termination (layoffs). Manage end-to-end dispute resolution processes, including bipartite negotiations, mediation, conciliation, and proceedings at the Industrial Relations Court (PHI). Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel related to labor and industrial relations cases. Prepare and manage all legal and administrative documents related to industrial relations cases (warning letters, chronologies, bipartite minutes, court evidence, etc.). Represent the company and attend hearings at the Industrial Relations Court and relevant government institutions (Manpower Office, court). Provide guidance and advisory support to business units regarding industrial relations matters. Actively conduct official visits and on-site coordination with operational units to monitor industrial relations conditions and potential conflicts. Ensure all industrial relations practices comply with prevailing labor laws and regulations. Prepare periodic reports on industrial relations cases and submit them to management.
