Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities Monitor the execution of technical projects through weekly reports and on-site inspections. Identify and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Evaluate machine energy usage to optimize machine performance. Coordinate the engineering team and related departments in analyzing technical issues related to machine installation. Plan and monitor the installation of production machinery. Work closely with vendors and suppliers. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on all technical activities and services to evaluate performance and drive improvements. Develop and review the engineering business plan, including budget control.

Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical fields. At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role, particularly in engineering, maintenance, or engineering management functions. Strong understanding of business processes related to food production, TBM, Food Safety, and SHE. Able to take necessary actions to prevent potential adverse impacts on engineering systems, machinery, and finished products. Placement in Gresik, East Java.
