Input shipment data, including delivery orders and supporting documents. Handle complaints or administrative issues related to the supply chain process. Manage vendor-related administration, including contract filing and supporting document management.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Min 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Good understanding of purchasing processes (PR–PO–GR/Service Entry–Invoice). Experienced in sourcing suppliers and comparing quotations to achieve the best value. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP/Odoo is an advantage). Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines. Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams
