Project Manager at Bara Coaching

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all project deadlines and team performance.

Track and manage the entire sales pipeline/tunnel to ensure conversion efficiency.

Act as the main liaison between the company and clients/prospective clients for any agenda, meeting, or follow-up.

Represent the owner in project coordination, internal decisions, and external meetings.

Lead daily operations and be responsible for overall office management.

Collaborate closely with each division to ensure smooth project execution.

Identify bottlenecks or issues and proactively resolve them.

Manage project documentation, reports, and timelines.

Lead project meetings and provide clear, actionable feedback to teams.

Ensure projects meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and budget control.

Support strategic planning and workflow optimization across departments.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar coordination role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

High attention to detail and results-driven mindset.

Flexible, dynamic, and highly adaptable to change.

Creative thinker with a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Fast learner and able to work at a fast pace with accuracy.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, or similar).

Experience in handling both internal and client communications professionally.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is a plus.
