Key Responsibilities: Design Primary Packaging, Secondary Packaging, GWP (Gift With Purchase), and PR Packages for skincare and makeup products. Ensure all packaging designs align with Rosé All Day’s design standards and maintain consistency in visual quality and brand identity. Develop packaging concepts that balance customer value, usability, and business objectives. Collaborate with the Packaging Product Development Team in conceptual discussions, brainstorming, and design refinement. Create and deliver prototypes, mock-ups, user flows, design specifications, and supporting documentation to clearly communicate design intent. Support product development by ensuring packaging designs are well-tested for effectiveness, usability, and implementation feasibility. Prepare final design files that are production-ready and suitable for development and manufacturing processes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG. Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Solid understanding of packaging materials, structures, and printing processes is a plus. Proven ability to create concept-to-execution packaging designs, including mock-ups and prototypes. Strong attention to detail and a high standard for design consistency and quality. Ability to think strategically and design solutions that address both user needs and business goals. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
