Company: Standex Croatia d.o.o Position: Technical Sales Engineer/Manager EUROPE REGION (OEMs) Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: AVP Commercial S&M/VP Ops/President

Job Function Summary Represent the company in the European market by managing and growing existing OEM accounts as well identify new OEM/EPC opportunities for diversified electrical products, ensuring compliance with EU standards, and driving revenue through

retention, expansion and acquisition of new business opportunities .

Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute strategies for both

retention and expansion of current accounts

and

acquisition of new OEM/EPC customers . Align plans with European compliance requirements and company objectives. Market Analysis & Customer Relationship Management Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the EU region. Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM clients and utilities. Understand European regulatory frameworks (CE marking, IEC standards, EU directives) and ensure product compliance. Sales Performance Track performance for both existing and new business segments. Analyse trends and competitor activities to optimize growth strategies. Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for existing OEM clients. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts. Business Development Identify and pursue new OEM partnerships and strategic alliances across Europe. Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for new business. Team Leadership & Development Collaborate with internal teams to support technical and compliance needs. Provide guidance and training to ensure alignment with regional goals. Sales Operations & Process Optimization Manage pipelines for both existing and new business. Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting and reporting. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, compliance, logistics) and external partners. Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualification & Experience Any Engineering graduate. 5–10+ years of experience in OEM/EPC sales and business development in electrical grid/transformer industry (Preferred). Strong knowledge of CT/PT products and European compliance standards. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills. Ability to travel extensively across EU.
