A Student Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational offline/onsite class. This position requires empathy and a caring person to give the best problem solve to the customer.
Update and report to Operations Manager
Dashboard SCMS Math Camps account administrator
Advised end-to-end user journey (Onboarding, Class Preparation, In Class, After Class Activity)
Handle customer complaints
Collect and manage Customer Relationship Management data
Do operations activity to support Class Operations
Do user observation, and user interviews also gather customer insight
Collaborate with SA/Admin/Acops Cabang to help with Class Operations activity
Attend weekly company and division meetings
Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, management, education, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a business operations setting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with partners, parents, students, and potential partners.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and work well under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Enthusiasm to learn new things.
