General Requirement Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort, specifically in recreation or entertainment. In-depth knowledge of current trends in the hospitality and recreation industry. Proven experience in managing recreation facilities and providing high-level guest experiences. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality service.
