Sales & Quality Staff

PT. Dongseo Indonesia is a manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Sales & Quality Department.

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, sales orders, and quotation follow-ups.

Maintain and develop good communication with customers.

Coordinate with Production, PPIC, Quality, and Warehouse teams regarding customer requirements.

Monitor, record, and follow up customer complaints, including RCA and CAPA documentation.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to sales and quality activities.

Support internal improvement programs related to customer satisfaction and product quality.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales and quality documentation.

Assist during customer visits, audits, and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome (experience in manufacturing is an advantage).

Attractive and professional appearance.

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or other ERP platforms) is highly preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email).

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to conduct customer visits when required.
