Assistant Manager Production

Analyze production capacity, manpower, machines, and material requirements Monitor daily production performance (output, defects, downtime, efficiency) Analyze production costs and drive improvement programs (Kaizen, OEE, cycle time) Guide, monitor, train, and lead Supervisors, Leaders, and Operators Ensure compliance with K3, safety regulations, and medical device standards Ensure accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field Minimum 3 years experience as a leader or supervisor Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Fluent in English (spoken & written) Technomed Asia is a foreign owned company specialized in the production of medical accessories.
