Finance HR Specialist
Location: Jakarta Selatan
Requirements
Bachelor's degrees in
accounting, Finance, HR or a related field
Minimum
5 Years of experience
in Finance/ Accounting/ HR Roles
Strong knowledge of
basic accounting, payroll, and HR Administration processes
Detail oriented, well organized, and able to handle confidential information
Good communication skills in
English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel ; experience with
oracle/ JDE
is preferred
Responsibilities
Handle petty cash and daily financial transactions
Prepare monthly office fund requirements and cash flow updates
Manage staff travel advances and expenses settlements
Maintains proper documentation and filling for banking transactions (USD/IDR)
Review and process monthly payroll, tax, insurance and accounting reports
Assist in preparing the annual budget and support annual audit documentation
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee termination processes
Handle employee administration, including
WNA work permits, visas, attendance, and leave records
Assist with HR Policy implementation and internal coordination
Assist in processing company legal documentation and regulatory compliance.
