Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to the restaurants Track performance, prepare regular reports, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies when needed Work closely with the head of Restaurant Division to align marketing initiatives with business objectives Manage and grow restaurant social media accounts (content planning, posting, coordination with designers / photographers) Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers Monitor competitors and stay updated on current F&B market trends

Requirements 1-3 years of experience in F&B / restaurant / hospitality marketing (mandatory) Willing to share case studies and examples of previous work Strong visual awareness and understanding of social media trends Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent) Experience in expat-led business or international teams is a plus
