Finance Accounting Tax Manager (Renewable Energy)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company in renewable energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in finance for the job of Finance Accounting Tax Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include: Report directly to the Director Manage day-to-day financial operations and coordinate with other divisions within the company Directly develop corporate finance strategy and planning with BOD and Founders Maintain cash flow (planning, forecast, AR, AP, all in-out transactions) Prepare and present routine financial reports, forecasts, and planning in a timely manner to Management Optimization of finance and accounting processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency Provide advisory and consultative support about accounting policies and other compliance requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting/ Banking or equivalent Experienced in dealing with financial institutions, e.g. Bank Experienced in both AR and AP functions Experienced in cashflow and financial projections Possesses in-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, law, and regulation Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software Must Familiar & Experience with: ERP, Cash Flow, and Project Construction
