to lead the technical vision, product roadmap, and development culture across multiple Web3 initiatives.

Role Overview As the

Head of Product & Technology , you will drive the conceptualization, architecture, and implementation of innovative blockchain products. You will bridge high-level strategy with deep technical execution — defining the roadmap, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring product and protocol security. The ideal candidate combines

hands-on blockchain engineering expertise

(in

Rust

and

Solidity ) with broad product leadership experience across smart contract systems, DeFi protocols, and tokenized financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Define and lead the technical and product vision across the organization’s Web3 portfolio. Oversee architecture, development, and integration of smart contract systems across multiple networks (EVM and non-EVM). Build, mentor, and manage engineering and product teams — fostering excellence in blockchain development and security practices. Drive end-to-end product design from ideation to deployment, balancing user needs, scalability, and compliance considerations. Ensure rigorous smart contract auditing, testing, and operational security standards. Collaborate with founders, investors, and external partners on ecosystem integrations, tokenomics design, and cross-chain interoperability. Maintain a forward-looking perspective on blockchain frameworks, protocol innovation, and technical governance models.

Qualifications 8–10+ years

of experience in software engineering, with at least

4+ years

in blockchain or decentralized protocol development. Proficiency in

Rust

and

Solidity , with proven experience in building and deploying smart contracts or blockchain-based systems. Deep understanding of

Web3 architecture , including consensus mechanisms, on-chain/off-chain data flows, wallet infrastructure, and decentralized security. Demonstrated success leading technical teams or building products from concept to launch. Strong grasp of protocol security, formal verification, and best practices in decentralized systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align business objectives with technical roadmaps.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with

Substrate, Cosmos SDK, Layer 2 scaling , or

ZK-based protocols . Familiarity with

front-end Web3 integration frameworks

(e.g., ethers.js, wagmi, or wallet SDKs). Prior startup or venture studio experience, ideally in a multi-project environment. Exposure to

token economics design

and decentralized governance models.
