About the Role As an Accountant at SCG Indonesia, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records, support statutory compliance, and provide timely reporting to help guide business decisions. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with multiple business units — including

packaging, building materials, and regional operations

— and gain exposure to cross-border practices within SCG’s network.

Key Responsibilities Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and inventory records in coordination with business units and shared services. Prepare statutory reports and ensure compliance with relevant financial and corporate requirements. Provide financial analysis, variance reporting, and budgeting support to management. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy in financial processes.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 0–3 years of experience in corporate accounting, finance, or audit; experience in multinational or large organizations is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Clear communication skills in

Bahasa Indonesia

and English.
