Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Finance & Accounting in a multinational creative agency.

In-depth understanding of creative industry trends and a strong grasp of consumer changes.

Exceptional ability to craft and present creative and persuasive strategy decks.

High analytical skills and strategic acumen in identifying business opportunities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Fluency in English is a must

Tasks & responsibilities

Manage account payables and receivable activities in a timely manner.

Prepare for payment transactions.

Register all finance transactions accurately into accounting software (QuickBooks) for future references.

Create invoice sales and demand for collections.

Make a tax recapitulation.

Reconcile and match the project costing against figures in accounting software.

Address financial issues and inquiries from internal and external customers.

Examine and analyze the company’s accounts payable report.

Establish, review, and improve accounting policies and internal controls.

Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions.

Manage the full set of accounts – monthly, quarterly, and yearly in complete details and accurately.

Liaise with bank, auditor to support audit, tax, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate and assist in preparation of annual budget / monthly cash flow forecast / cash flow reporting.
