Marketing Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Marketing Executive. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing market planning, conducting in-depth market research, developing effective marketing strategies, and supporting sales initiatives to meet business goals. The role requires identifying emerging trends in FIT market, managing brand communication, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign success.

Responsibilities

Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign

Research and develop a MICE marketing strategy, and evaluate the success strategy

Execute Marketing activities or projects effectively and timely

Copywrite for captions on any social media platform

Develop the content for marketing campaigns

Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Manage and allocate budget correctly

Qualifications

Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and conveying ideas clearly.

Experience in Sales and Marketing to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality or resort marketing is an advantage.
