Deskripsi Pekerjaan Responsibilities

Monitor and control project execution for new stores, refurbishments, maintenance, and closures to ensure timelines, quality standards, and approved budgets are met.

Resolve on-site issues by providing quick, effective solutions.

Brief, mentor, and guide the team to ensure full adherence to established SOPs.

Oversee and verify all project documentation to ensure compliance with procedures.

Coordinate with vendors, malls/landlords, and internal departments regarding critical issues, additional work, materials, or costs.

Collaborate with shared functions (e.g., SITAC, QC, OE) to support smooth project delivery and business targets.

Identify project risks, plan mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes.

Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and company requirements.

Prepare regular progress reports and provide analysis of on-site and overall project performance.

Qualifications

Education : Min S1 Civil/Architecture Engineering/Interior Design

Min. 5 years on Project Management or related field

Language: Bahasa, English
