Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business applications. This role also includes designing and developing low-code solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 tools to enhance business processes.
Job Description:
Provide Level 1 support for company business applications, including troubleshooting, identity incident, resolution analysis, and user guidance.
Monitor application performance, availability, and health, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Escalating issue to Level 2 and ensure issue is solved within agreed SLA
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and coordinate escalations with vendors or internal teams.
Conduct user training and create knowledge-based articles for common issues.
Assist in system enhancement projects, data migrations and development initiatives. Support SIT/Internal Testing, UAT & Regression Testing
Develop, maintain and enhance PowerPlatform applications (Canvas or Model Driven) based on business requirements – PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate
Collaborate with business users to analyze needs, propose solutions, and translate functional requirements into scalable solutions
Ensure any solutions follow security practices and governance
Participate in system reviews, audits, and compliance-related activities as needed.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Application Support Application
Engineer/Developer, IT Business Analyst or similar technical roles.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL queries, API concepts, DevOps, modern/full stack coding and basic cloud platform knowledge.
Experience building apps or workflows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work directly with end users.
Detail‑oriented and structured in problem-solving.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical user
