Product Development Officer

Job Description Coordinate to ensure that goods shipped to customers meet PT SMART and/or customer specifications.

Conduct Supplier, Depot, and Transporter Audits

Investigate complaints for customer feedback

Conduct shelf life monitoring and sleeping oil monitoring studies

Conduct traceability simulations and mock recalls using SAP

Create CARs for supplier complaints and internal improvements related to complaints

Implement a laboratory management system in accordance with SNI/ISO IEC 17025:2017

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/Science and Mathematics, Food Technology, or with 2 years of experience in the quality field.

Understand and apply applicable quality assurance systems (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 version 5.1, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal Assurance System SMK3, ISCC, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, Kosher, ISO 17025:2017).

Proficient in computer programs.

Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery (North Jakarta).
