QC & Improvement

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing operations at the Bitung Plant to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of Cable Management Systems, Server Racks, Electrical Switchboard Enclosure, and Conduit Pipes. This role also ensures effective utilization of SAP in manufacturing operations and drives Continuous Improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery schedules.

Oversee end‑to‑end manufacturing processes for Cable Management Systems, server racks, electrical switchboard enclosure, and conduit pipe products.

Lead, supervise, and develop production teams, including supervisors and operators.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Monitor production performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and OEE.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and problem‑solving methodologies.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure accurate production planning, execution, and reporting through SAP manufacturing modules.

Maintain data accuracy and discipline in SAP related to production orders, material usage, and reporting.

Prepare regular production reports and present performance analysis to management.

Support new product / product localization introduction and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Experience in metal fabrication, plastic extrusion, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.

Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and shopfloor management.

Hands‑on experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to be based at Bitung Plant, Cikupa, Banten.
