Business Analyst

Job Description:

Conduct research and benchmarking on business ecosystems, global expansion, and family business practices. Develop structured frameworks, playbooks, and models to support incubation, ecosystem building, and external consultant engagement. Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare and deliver clear, insightful presentations, reports, and playbooks for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other pillars to ensure alignment of insights with execution plans. Provide problem-solving support to leadership and project teams, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field 1–3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Curious, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
