Chief Financial Officer

Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Food & Beverage company that is revolutionizing the industry with innovative products and a commitment to excellence. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and growth of the company.

Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision‑making issues affecting the organization.

Fundraising and Capital Management:

Leverage a strong background in fundraising to source and secure capital for the company's growth initiatives.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

Evaluate and negotiate financing options, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.

IPO Preparation and Execution:

Lead the preparation and execution of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.

Collaborate with legal, accounting, and other relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and present financial information for roadshows and investor presentations.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Drive the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting to support strategic planning.

Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.

Implement internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and financial integrity.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.

Successful track record in fundraising and taking a company public (IPO).

Strong financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning skills.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Demonstrated leadership in driving financial performance and business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
