Player Development Specialist

Responsible for designing and implementing structured youth development programs (U8–U12) focused on technical skills, tactical awareness, physical fundamentals, and growth mindset.

Key responsibilities: Develop age-appropriate training curriculum aligned with long-term player development principles Conduct structured and progressive training sessions Monitor and evaluate individual player performance and progress Provide mentorship to build discipline, confidence, teamwork, and character Collaborate with parents and academy management to support holistic athlete growth Promote a positive, competitive, and development-focused training environment
