Responsibilities: Drive sales growth & SKU listing through strategic planning. Monitor team performance (daily visits, promo execution, etc.). Analyze sales data & generate reports for management. Manage trade promotions, operational costs, and asset utilization. Improve forecast accuracy & reduce product return.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any major Min. 2-3 years experience as Area Sales Manager for Modern Trade Channel (FMCG preferred). Preferably having experience in handling MT Channel particularly in Jabodetabek area. Experience with forecasting, trade promo management & team leadership. Proficient in Excel and sales reporting tools. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Willing to be placed in HO Cibitung, Bekasi.
